Venkat R. Gopalan - President
Venkat Gopalan is currently President of Cyber Solutions, Inc. Venkat is a senior information technology and business process expert with over 30 years of experience in IT, software development, systems integration and performance improvement.
He has also held various senior management positions at various corporations and was Corporate VP and CIO of DynCorp, a $2.5 billion IT and defense systems integrator. He has managed large programs for the US Navy, Air Force and several Federal civilian customers.
Venkat is also a SCAMPIsm Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor, certified by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Pittsburgh, PA.. He has worked with several organizations in all aspects of performance improvement consulting, training and appraisals for over 15 years. He regularly conducts management and process improvement courses. He is also a speaker at international conferences.
